Shamrock Corporation was founded in 1953 by Sam Carratt, a well known and respected local builder. Shamrock Corporation continues to be owned and managed by the Carratt family with the goal of providing 1 and 2 bedroom apartments for students who are serious about their education and are working for a successful future. To that end, we accept applicants who appreciate a quiet, study conducive, environment. The majority of our tenants are graduate or serious students. Professionals, faculty and those with good credit and rental references will also enjoy living in a Shamrock apartment
We have professional, friendly and personable administrative and maintenance staff, as well as after hours on-site managers that are cooperative and helpful. Our apartments are located within walking distance of the University of Virginia Grounds and we are on the bus route.
